Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and innovative R-D Engineer to join a vast team. This role focuses on designing and developing life science studies, troubleshooting technical issues and translating research discoveries into marketable products. The successful candidate will also contribute to product research and development, and potentially clinical trials.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, analyse and troubleshoot in research and/or product development.
- Create studies to investigate life science questions within a relevant field.
- Translate research discoveries into usable and marketable products.
- Deliver and manage assigned projects, working with other stakeholders to achieve desired results.
- Contribute to the completion of project milestones and potentially participate in cross-functional assignments.
- Make adjustments or recommend enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems or improve the effectiveness of the job area.
- Communicate primarily and frequently with internal contacts, sharing information, status, needs, and issues to inform, gain input, and support decision-making.
- Provide guidance and assistance to entry-level professionals.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- A University Degree in a relevant field.
- Practical knowledge and demonstrated competence within the life sciences field.
- Ability to work independently on larger, moderately complex projects.
- Strong communication skills for effective internal and external interactions.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to understand broader sets of issues.
