Project Director, Finish/Packing - Contract - Bloomington, IN
Proclinical is seeking an experienced Project Director to join a dedicated team and focus on Finish and Packing.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role focuses on developing and presenting project plans, securing budgets, and ensuring effective execution of assembly and packaging lines. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to drive site strategy and establish project governance.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics or another related field.
- Minimum of 10 years proven and successful project management experience.
- Working history of core work processes and GMP concepts.
- Strong knowledge of complex product documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Strong functional/business understanding and superior written and oral communication skills.
The Project Director's responsibilities will be:
- Develop and present Gate presentations for new expansions to management.
- Secure budget for execution of expansion projects.
- Develop the organization to support expansion projects, ensuring necessary resources are staffed.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels, keeping them informed and involved in project activities.
- Participate in the expansion management team to drive site strategy and solutions.
- Establish project governance with the management team to ensure effective execution and sustainability.
