PK / PD Programmer - Permanent - North Carolina.

Proclinical is seeking highly skilled Statistical Programmers at the Senior, Principal and Lead level.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role offers the opportunity to provide high-level Early Phase support within a specialized function for a global pharmaceutical leader.

Skills & Requirements:

Demonstrated experience as a Statistical Programmer within a Clinical Research Organisation.
Familiarity with Clinical Pharmacology studies.
Excellent communication skills.

The PK / PD Programmer's responsibilities will be:

Specialize in supporting Early Phase studies across companies portfolio
SDTM, ADaM, and TLF programming with heavy emphasis in ADaM (strong understanding and hands on exposure with ADaM basics required).
Experience creating PK NCA files (ADPC, ADPP datasets, and TFL's), and CRT packages (ADaM datasets, define files, ADRG) within CDISC environment
Creating ADaM safety datasets (ADSL, ADLB, ADVS, ADEX, etc.) and specifications from scratch
Support NONMEM (Non-Linear Mixed Effects Modelling software) Dataset creation and analysis for PopPK, PopPD, PK Analysis, PD Analysis (Compartmental Analysis)
Support cross over studies, ADSL dataset cross-over design with respect to Treatment variables at different combinations, and have supported pooling of PK parameters
Generate PC, PP, ADPP, and ADPC datasets
