Proclinical is seeking an OT-SOC Manager to oversee and ensure the 24/7 operation of the OT-SOC division. This role focuses on monitoring and analysing security alerts, coordinating incident responses, and developing long-term strategies for the SOC division. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and cybersecurity experts to optimize processes and emergency concepts, while staying ahead of technical trends in data and communication networks.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and ensure 24/7 operation of the OT-SOC division.
  • Manage the technical aspects of the OT-SOC operation.
  • Monitor and analyse security alerts, and coordinate incident responses.
  • Develop medium and long-term strategies for the SOC division.
  • Apply use cases and runbooks, and coordinate information flows during incidents.
  • Control cyber threat intelligence in emergencies, collaborating with Operations, Management, Legal, and Communication teams.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and cybersecurity experts to optimize processes and emergency concepts.
  • Monitor technical trends and drive innovation in data and communication networks.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Background in industrial engineering, computer science, systems engineering, mathematics, or related fields, or equivalent training.
  • Experience in management roles.
  • Professional experience in cyber defence technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, security analytics, CTI sharing, and threat intelligence, particularly in an international Managed Security Services context.
  • Strong security knowledge and awareness of technological trends.
  • High level of commitment, personal responsibility, and agile working style.
  • Enjoyment of complex projects and working in interdisciplinary and international teams.
  • Willingness to travel and strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in German and English.
