Proclinical is seeking three MSL Oncology Builds for roles focused on building partnerships and discussing disease state, patient treatment trends, and studies in the areas of our involvement. The successful candidates will engage with external clinical and non-clinical stakeholders on a peer-to-peer basis, providing accurate and non-promotional scientific information.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the field-based medical expert for Norgine.
  • Stay updated with clinical knowledge, published data, and trial work for company products.
  • Respond to unsolicited requests from Health Care Professionals with accurate scientific information.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with External Experts (EE).
  • Identify and track potential research opportunities aligned with Norgine medicine development objectives.
  • Collaborate with research colleagues and Medical Advisors to support clinical sites.
  • Provide medical support and training to Norgine colleagues.
  • Bring insights into the business to support strategy and future product or pipeline development.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Ability to understand, process, communicate, and present scientific information to a high standard.
  • Knowledge of the applicable GxP regulations, Good Clinical Practice, ICH Guidelines.
  • Good understanding of the clinical trials process and research infrastructure.
  • Excellent presentation and team working skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work autonomously, in a field-based setting.
  • Strong networking capabilities and integration with Health Care Professionals.
  • Advanced degree in a scientific or medical field.
  • Strong knowledge of the rare disease landscape and familiarity with relevant treatment guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
