Proclinical are recruiting a Medical Information Specialist - EU for a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in located in various parts of Europe such as Portugal, Spain, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Poland, Romania Slovakia. The client is focused on producing innovative solutions that change business and patient results.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will receive and report incoming calls, faxes or emails from multiple sources which involves investigative sites throughout weekday business working hours.
Launch and uphold efficient team communications such as offer regular feedback to the local management team on project metrics, out of scope work challenges/problems and successes.
Form a positive, cooperative team setting with other lifecycle safety team members.
When needed, you will offer phone assistance to healthcare professionals and patients, which includes receipt and tracking of medical inquiries, adverse events, product quality complaints and any other types of calls.
Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Skills & Requirements:

Educated to a degree level in a scientific or healthcare field with at least 1 - 2 year of pertinent experience, or an amalgamation of education, experience and training.
Familiarity with lifecycle safety would be beneficial such as pharmacovigilance, medical information, aggregate reporting, risk management, etc.
Fluency in the German, French or Italian languages with knowledge in English.
Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Professional telephone behavioural abilities.
Agile worker who is an organised individual.
Capable of prioritising and managing workload.
A high attention to detail and precision upholding continuous high-quality standards.
Works well with others.
Eager to learn new abilities and assist in company requirements.
Know-how to partake in and offer solutions to process development.
