Responsibilities:
- Support the ICE Content Insights project by enhancing content performance and insights through taxonomy and tagging.
- Onboard new brands and countries, working with systems like Veeva Vault, Veeva OnCore, and ShamanGo.
- Ensure dashboard readiness for content performance tracking and plan for future expansions.
- Maintain consistent and complete content tagging, identifying enhancements for operations.
- Onboard stakeholders for new Waves and integrate brand-specific values into taxonomy.
- Define business requirements for expanding taxonomy to new channels.
- Drive regular reviews of content insights dashboards and define recommendations.
- Coordinate with MarTech for training plans and dashboard finalization.
- Manage taxonomy attributes and values for business and tech readiness.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Experience in content insights and taxonomy development.
- Strong understanding of content tagging principles.
- Familiarity with systems like Veeva Vault, Veeva OnCore, and ShamanGo.
- Excellent project management and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Preferred experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with MarTech tools and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
