Manufacturing Associate - Contract - Social Circle, GA
Proclinical is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Associate to join a team in the biopharmaceutical industry.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role focuses on preparing media and buffer solutions, operating production equipment, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. This company are looking for someone who is eager to contribute to continuous improvement and support team members in a dynamic setting.
Skills & Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED, or higher education.
- Ability to assist with housekeeping and manufacturing processes.
- Physical capability to carry up to 25 lbs., lift up to 50 lbs., and push/pull up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts and climb ladders and stairs.
- Comfortable working in controlled environments with special gowning requirements.
- Willingness to work multiple shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Ability to work in cold, wet, and confined areas.
- May require immunization for work in manufacturing areas.
The Manufacturing Associate's responsibilities will be:
- Put together filtration systems and manage Clean-in-Place and Steam-in-Place systems
- Use general equipment, including conductivity meters, autoclaves, and portable mixers.
- Monitor and record critical process parameters.
- Complete all paperwork in compliance with GDP/GMP guidelines.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment.
- Conduct sampling using aseptic techniques.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Teams.
- Receive and distribute supplies in production areas.
- Train and mentor team members.
- Assist in troubleshooting process issues and responding to alarms.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
