Proclinical is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join our client's team in Massachusetts. In this role, you will perform routine clinical manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cGMP-compliant processes. Key areas of focus include operating production equipment, solution preparation, equipment cleaning, and materials stocking. You will also interact with various support groups to ensure accurate completion of activities.

Skills & Requirements:
- Mechanical and scientific aptitude with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to document work clearly and thoroughly.
- Experience in a biotech environment preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks in a cleanroom environment.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
The Manufacturing Associate's responsibilities will be:
- Operate production equipment in areas such as weigh/dispense, solution preparation, and equipment cleaning.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs to produce clinical products.
- Collaborate with support groups including Facilities, QC, QA, Materials Management, and EHS.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting objects up to 50 lbs and pushing/pulling bulk materials up to 250 lbs with assistance.
- Wear required safety equipment, including respirators, for chemical processing.
