Proclinical is searching for a MA Lead dedicated to support diabetes at our client's facility. This position involves contributing medical and scientific proficiency to support diabetes care goods, working alongside various departments to develop business methods, and coordinating educational programs.

Responsibilities:
- Offer medical and scientific proficiency in diabetes science to support product development and marketing.
- Partner with management to formulate and execute strategic business plans.
- Design and deliver training programs and educational courses for staff.
- Conduct internal medical and scientific activities and foster professional relationships.
- Coordinate advisory boards and oversee clinical research initiatives.
- Develop and present medical and scientific content at conferences.
- Collaborate with medical affairs teams at regional and global levels.
- Customize and implement documents and programs for local application.
- Plan and manage special events and initiatives for the Academy
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Licensed physician or scientist with a relevant doctoral degree.
- Extensive clinical experience in diabetes science and industry experience in pharmaceuticals or medical technology.
- Deep knowledge of diabetology and a robust professional network.
- Strong strategic and business planning skills.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in digital tools and technology.
- Collaborative team player with innovative thinking.
- Fluent in German and English; proficiency in French preferred, Italian optional.
