Key Responsibilities:

• 50% Fournir un service de maintenance (24h sur 24 et 365 jours / an) à la production pour assurer une efficacité fonctionnelle des équipements et une conformité aux cGMP.
• Exécuter ses tâches selon les procédures internes (SOP, DP, etc.) ou externes (cGMP, NIBT, ASIT, etc.) en collaboration avec les différents services impactés
• 30% Pour les référents secteurs :
• Participer aux phases de design des projets pour faire valoir les aspects de maintenabilité dans les choix techniques.
• Suivre et annimer les plans d'actions techniques pour fiabiliser les équipements.
• Effectuer des actions de formation sur les équipements de son périmètre
• Participer à la réception et à la mise en service des équipements.
• 10% Assurer le maintien du 5S dans les zones dont le département est responsable
• 10% Membre du Groupe d'intervention d'urgence pour les personnes désigné

Skills and Requirements:

• Comprehension de l'anlgais technique pour l'exploitation des documentations equipement.
• Connaissances intermédiaires en informatique (outils bureautique / outils de GMAO).
• Connaissances d'un environnement cGxP.
• Connaissances techniques dans les domaines mécanique / pneumatique / electrique BT.
• Connaissances EHS (risques chimiques et pression / pratiques de consignation / premiers secours pour les membres du groupe d'intervention).
• Connaissance des méthodologies de résolution de problème
• Coordination et collaboration avec les interlocuteurs de production pour la prise en charge des diagnostics et la réalisation des interventions.
