Proclinical is collaborating with a medical technology company who is seeking an experienced and proactive Logistics Team Leader to join their dynamic and innovative team in Belgium. In this role, you will lead the logistics operations, ensuring efficient transit of goods from reception to customer delivery, and manage stock meticulously.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of logistics operations, from picking to worldwide shipping.
Implement tools and processes for continuous performance improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the flow of goods.
Develop and review operational metrics to maintain peak efficiency.
Work with the Quality department to ensure compliance with EMEA Warehouse policies.
Develop, support, and review operational metrics/KPIs, reports, and process documentation.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management or equivalent experience.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Knowledge of warehouse and logistics principles, including lean techniques.
Familiarity with regulated product supply chains and cold chain logistics.
Proficiency in ERP systems like Oracle/SAP and planning software.
Strong collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills.
