Proclinical is seeking a Lead Biomarker Statistician to join our client's team in the field of immunology and infectious diseases. This role focuses on leading statistical aspects of biomarker discussions within clinical project teams, generating actionable insights from clinical biomarkers, and optimizing targeted patient populations to enhance drug development productivity.

Responsibilities:

Lead statistical activities in precision medicine and biomarker projects during clinical development phases.
Collaborate with project teams to develop biomarker strategies using data from various sources.
Implement innovative data analytical tools and statistical methodologies for biomarker data analysis.
Plan, analyze, and report on biomarker data from clinical studies for both formal and exploratory purposes.
Foster productive collaborations with project teams and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
Promote teamwork, quality, operational efficiency, and innovation within the team.
Plan and track project activities, timelines, and resources, ensuring compliance with SOPs and standards.
Represent statistics in regulatory discussions and scientific or technology working groups.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior staff.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Advanced degree in statistics or related discipline.
Strong study management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Broad knowledge of advanced statistical concepts and techniques in biomarker data.
Understanding of pharmaceutical clinical development and decision-making processes.
Experience with biomarker data in clinical decision making is desired.
Proven experience in clinical development and interactions with regulatory agencies is desired.
