Laboratory Expert (Mass Spectrometry)

Proclinical is seeking a Laboratory Expert focused on the development and validation of HPLC methods within the Cleaning Validation Centre of Excellence. Your role will involve ensuring that cleaning processes for production equipment effectively remove residues to prevent cross-contamination. This position offers opportunities for professional growth and collaboration with various analytical methods. You will also participate in standby duties in Basel and engage with production facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and validate analytical testing methods, considering manufacturing processes and product use.
• Conduct laboratory analyses (HPLC-DAD/MS, TOC, BCA, ELISA) efficiently and document them per GMP guidelines.
• Validate analytical methods following cGMP standards.
• Document and report analysis results comprehensively.
• Maintain analytical equipment, including functional checks and maintenance.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in Life Sciences, such as Analytical Chemistry, or equivalent vocational education with relevant experience.
• Experience in HPLC-MS method development and validation.
• Familiarity with TOC and ELISA analytics is advantageous.
• Professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Interest in analytics and continuous professional development.
• Creative and agile thinking, with a commitment to Lean culture.
• Proficiency in German.
