Proclinical is seeking an Infrastructure Services and Operations Director to oversee the delivery and continuous improvement of infrastructure and operation services. This role involves managing an internal team and global outsourced partners, working closely with IT directors and operational teams to implement and support infrastructure across the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee digital transformation and produce technology roadmaps in line with business goals.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of scalable infrastructure solutions, including data centres, networks, and cloud services.
  • Ensure robust cybersecurity measures in collaboration with security teams.
  • Optimize IT operations for high availability and disaster recovery.
  • Manage risk and security, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and manage major incidents effectively.
  • Ensure operations meet business expectations, budgets, and SLAs.
  • Oversee service level improvements and negotiate SLAs with stakeholders.
  • Monitor infrastructure performance and compliance.
  • Manage relationships with IT partners and technology vendors.
  • Oversee contract management and procurement.
  • Pursue opportunities for vendor partnership improvements and innovative services.
  • Manage infrastructure budgets, optimize costs, and evaluate ROI for projects.
  • Identify and lead initiatives for business innovation through infrastructure improvements.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Degree in business, IT, or project management along with certifications in technology-related disciplines.
  • Proven experience managing application outsourcing contracts.
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Deep understanding of service delivery budgeting and controls.
  • Excellent partner management and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
