Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Project Manager. This role involves managing a variety of HR projects, including the development of an HR Dashboard, contract review and implementation, maintenance of the employee handbook, and coordination of presentations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for analyzing existing HR programs/processes/systems, identifying gaps, and leading additional projects to resolve those gaps.

Responsibilities

Manage a wide range of HR projects.
Develop an HR Dashboard capturing all HR metrics for the department.
Review and implement contracts.
Maintain the employee handbook.
Coordinate presentations.
Analyze existing HR programs/processes/systems and identify gaps.
Organize and lead additional projects as needed to resolve identified gaps.
Create and manage project plans to ensure deadlines are met.
Anticipate, escalate, and resolve potential roadblocks and risks.
Partner across HR and with cross-functional leads to set up processes/projects for success.
Track against project plans, capture notes and action items in key meetings, and regularly send out status reports to relevant stakeholders.
