Proclinical are recruiting for a Head Global Quality Audit to join a biotech organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and can either be located in the UK or France.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for setting the suitable organisation with pertinent resources, competencies and operating models.
  • You will drive, supervise and update the auditor training and qualification program based on present and future business requirements.
  • Guarantee audit management procedures are compliant with the company's standards.
  • Handle the qualification, examination, supervision of the company's vendors linked to audit scope.
  • Offer tactical contributions to quality roadmap based on audits discoveries analysis.
  • Guide the internal auditor network forum and drive effectiveness and harmonisation initiatives.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal/external audits and inspections.
  • Oversee the efficiency and compliance of the audit plan through pertinent metrics.
  • Assure the audit universe is upheld and up to date.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Educated to a MSc degree level in a pharmaceutical, chemical or biological science field or similar.
  • At least 15 years of experience working within a pharmaceutical organisation.
  • Familiarity within a project management role within an international organisation.
  • Acquaintance with interacting with global regulatory authorities.
  • Prior involvement within GxP auditing and engaging with health authorities.
  • Fluency in the English language with knowledge in French would be beneficial.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Multicultural consciousness and sensitivity.
  • Capable of engaging with cross functional teams.
  • Able to work within a fast-paced setting.
  • Project management abilities.
  • Capable of driving transformation actions with a constant improvements approach such as lean six sigma.
  • Able to form a performance, brilliance and novel culture that targets high and accomplished ambitious goals.
  • Expertise on GxP and affiliated regulations across regions.
  • Willing to travel for business needs up to 30% of the time.
