Proclinical is seeking a dedicated professional for a global project management role in the Clinical Supply Chain. This position focuses on ensuring the timely planning and execution of supply strategies for clinical finished goods to patients. The role requires proactive leadership and strategic input into clinical study protocols and trial supply strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Lead study supply efforts to ensure timely planning and execution of supply strategies.
- Provide input into clinical study protocols and understand study designs.
- Serve as the single point of contact for the integrated Clinical Trial team.
- Advise on optimal clinical trial supply strategies, including packaging design and risk management.
- Review clinical trial protocols and develop packaging and supply designs.
- Maintain accurate clinical supply demand aligned with protocol requirements.
- Finalize packaging designs and label strategies for all participating countries.
- Define clinical supply parameters and manage updates throughout trials.
- Develop and execute trial-level project plans.
- Identify and communicate supply risks with mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate on country submission and approval timelines for optimal supply strategy.
- Generate distribution plans for investigational medicinal products.
- Develop and execute resupply strategies to ensure compliance and continuity.
- Manage clinical trial budgets with key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the GCS subteam and ensure knowledge exchange.

- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
