Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Global Project Manager. The successful candidate will enable project teams to develop new products or maintain existing ones, ensuring goals are met efficiently with the available resources. This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for remote work and occasional travel.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and implement project structures for product development and maintenance, including communication management, schedules, resource and budget plans, progress, and cost control.
- Create and maintain integrated project plans, ensuring efficient and effective team operations.
- Execute project management processes, lead milestone and capacity reviews, and promote continuous improvement.
- Apply appropriate project methodologies, including agile practices, and coach teams on these methodologies.
- Manage meetings and knowledge sharing to enhance project effectiveness.
- Establish, measure, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Act as a trusted advisor, supporting project teams in holistic planning and risk management.
- Identify project risks, potential impacts, and suggest solutions to keep projects on track.
- Manage project information to support decision-making and scenario analysis.
- Collaborate with various leads and partners to ensure optimized project execution.
- Coach team members, develop new skills, and provide constructive feedback.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or equivalent experience.
- Experience in cross-functional project management within a regulated environment, preferably in lifecycle management or drug/diagnostic development.
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical, food, or other regulated industries.
- Proficiency in Google applications, email, drive, and spreadsheets.
- Fluency in English is a must, proficiency in German is an advantage.
- Strong communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with a mindset for continuous improvement.
