Proclinical is seeking a Global Medical Asset Lead for Neuroscience to lead the Neurotoxin Pipeline Asset Medical Strategy. This role focuses on executing the medical plan to achieve the asset's objectives efficiently. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Neurotoxin Asset Team, working cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives in Neuroscience.

Responsibilities:

Define and communicate the asset strategy to maximize value.
Develop and implement the integrated evidence generation plan.
Strategize scientific communication, including congresses and publications.
Contribute to the Target Product Profile/Target Value Profile.
Provide medical insights to the Clinical Development Team.
Plan and lead early access and medical education strategies.
Manage global asset medical studies, ensuring performance and compliance.
Collaborate on annual medical affairs strategic and tactical plans.
Allocate resources and align priorities with leadership.
Build and execute the asset budget and five-year plan.
Foster patient engagement throughout the value chain.
Drive medical affairs activities for Neurotoxin indications.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Advanced Clinical/Science degree (MD preferred).
Proven working history in Neuroscience, particularly Neurotoxin.
Strong ability to create and put into place medical/scientific strategies.
Leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and influencing abilities.
