Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Engineer. This role focuses on maintaining the high-quality standards of our site and assets, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. You will be part of a team that places people at the heart of what they do, with a shared commitment to patient care. Responsibilities:

Plan and implement corrective and preventive maintenance.
Manage small civil projects.
Manage 3rd party contractors, reviewing and approving appropriate Contractor Induction, Risk Assessment and Method Statements.
Ensure the office buildings and equipment are maintained in a safe and efficient manner.
Complete planned maintenance, timely repair of breakdowns and conduct continuous improvement and project activities.
Identify problem areas to ensure an efficient and effective maintenance service.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Experience in providing building maintenance services, including health and safety.
Experience in an office building environment, managing contractors and working on small to large projects.
Knowledge of Health and Safety in building and engineering practice.
Familiarity with Building Management Systems, current technology/systems, software applications and the latest IT tools.
Good working knowledge of building services.
Ability to plan and implement site projects and support on Capital projects.
Understanding of supply, reporting and costing of utility services.
Ability to work with complex instructions, identify issues and enact plans to resolve the situation quickly.
Excellent problem-solving skills with an aptitude for analysis and detail.
Effective written and verbal communications skills.
Flexibility and a 'can do' attitude.
Leadership skills and a professional and pleasant manner.
