Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Engineer. This role focuses on maintaining the high-quality standards of our site and assets, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. You will be part of a team that places people at the heart of what they do, with a shared commitment to patient care. Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement corrective and preventive maintenance.
  • Manage small civil projects.
  • Manage 3rd party contractors, reviewing and approving appropriate Contractor Induction, Risk Assessment and Method Statements.
  • Ensure the office buildings and equipment are maintained in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Complete planned maintenance, timely repair of breakdowns and conduct continuous improvement and project activities.
  • Identify problem areas to ensure an efficient and effective maintenance service.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience in providing building maintenance services, including health and safety.
  • Experience in an office building environment, managing contractors and working on small to large projects.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety in building and engineering practice.
  • Familiarity with Building Management Systems, current technology/systems, software applications and the latest IT tools.
  • Good working knowledge of building services.
  • Ability to plan and implement site projects and support on Capital projects.
  • Understanding of supply, reporting and costing of utility services.
  • Ability to work with complex instructions, identify issues and enact plans to resolve the situation quickly.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with an aptitude for analysis and detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communications skills.
  • Flexibility and a 'can do' attitude.
  • Leadership skills and a professional and pleasant manner.
