Proclinical is seeking a Director of Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) with a focus on Oncology. This role involves leading strategic HEOR initiatives to support the launch and commercialization of oncology therapies in Europe. You will work cross-functionally to develop cost-effectiveness models, budget impact models, and global value dossiers, driving scientific leadership and innovation in understanding the value of oncology treatments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Global Value Dossiers for oncology products to support market access and reimbursement.
  • Lead systematic literature reviews to generate evidence for health economic models and reimbursement strategies.
  • Create and oversee cost-effectiveness and budget impact models for oncology therapies.
  • Manage indirect treatment comparison studies to evaluate the efficacy of oncology therapies.
  • Design and execute real-world observational studies to assess long-term outcomes and safety.
  • Prepare Health Technology Assessment submissions for key EU markets.
  • Innovate within HEOR by developing novel models and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with clinical, regulatory, commercial, and medical teams to integrate HEOR insights into market access strategies.
  • Present HEOR evidence to internal and external stakeholders to align on the value proposition of oncology therapies.
  • Demonstrate leadership in cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders with data-driven insights.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Proficiency in advanced statistical and modeling techniques for economic evaluation.
  • Knowledge of HTA methodologies and EU pricing and reimbursement landscapes.
  • Expertise in preparing and delivering health economic reports and presentations.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Advanced degree in health economics, public health, or related field, with a focus on oncology preferred.
  • Experience in developing cost-effectiveness models and global value dossiers.
  • Understanding of EU healthcare systems and payer requirements.
  • Proficiency in English; additional EU languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
