Proclinical is seeking a Director for Central Monitoring Services. This role is pivotal in nurturing a high-performing team, promoting communication, standardization, simplicity, critical thinking, and continuous improvement. The Director will be responsible for developing, coaching, and managing a team of experts, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular performance reviews, fostering a culture of success, growth, and development.
- Support career development paths and ensure balanced work assignments.
- Collaborate with the VP, Central Monitoring Services on strategic initiatives.
- Lead the development and implementation of new processes and improvements.
- Manage resource allocation to ensure a manageable workload for the team.
- Review Key Performance Indicator metrics and take action as needed.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ensure meticulous management of project tasks and milestones.
- Oversee accurate reporting of time related to utilization and billing.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to team members.
- Lead recruitment efforts, including resume review and interviewing.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent, in Information Systems, Computer Science or another related fields.
- English verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous history managing a high skill level team with a consulting background.
- Proven experience in developing a diverse team across various areas of expertise.
- A customer-centric mindset with excellent empathy skills.
- Exceptional ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Basic understanding of Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM), Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), SAS Programming, and Software as a Service (SaaS).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment, managing time and resources effectively.
- Experience in demand planning and prioritization.
- Understanding of working in a regulated environment, familiar with ICH, FDA, EMA, MHRA requirements.
- Proven experience with project management and leadership within a clinical development context.
