  • Communicate product value propositions clearly and effectively to specialist healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of disease areas, treatment pathways, clinical evidence, and the competitive landscape.

Territory & Account Strategy

  • Develop and execute strategic customer engagement plans to support product adoption, sales performance, and market growth.
  • Organise local educational programmes, sponsorship initiatives, and stakeholder meetings that facilitate scientific exchange and disease awareness.
  • Support the development of sustainable relationships within key accounts.

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Promote products in line with company objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure healthcare professionals have a clear understanding of product features, benefits, and appropriate use.
  • Implement targeted sales and marketing initiatives to encourage product acceptance and utilisation.
  • Utilise a range of communication channels, including face-to-face meetings, email, webinars, video conferencing, and telephone engagement.

Market Insight & Analysis

  • Collect and analyse market intelligence relating to customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Monitor developments within the therapeutic area and assess their potential commercial impact.
  • Provide regular insights, recommendations, and feedback to management and cross-functional teams.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain regular communication with management regarding territory developments, achievements, and opportunities.
  • Ensure full adherence to all applicable legal, regulatory, industry, and internal compliance requirements.

Key Skills and Requirements:
