An opportunity has opened for a Clinical Research Associate to join a London based cell therapy Biotech company in a home based role. After receiving several rounds of funding and positive data from their trials, our client has been expanding at a rapid rate, growing from 60 people in 2018 to 180 people today - a fantastic time to join.

They're looking for a CRA with 1 to 2 years' experience to join their early phase oncology team and work on their cutting-edge in-house studies. This role will require travel to mainly across London, but they are open to this role being fully home based across the UK. This is a unique opportunity to work directly within a biotech company which do not come up often - you also can develop extremely quickly up the career ladder in the future internally. They need a passionate, driven and dynamic individual who wants to grow organically with them long term.

What's on offer? A competitive base salary + 10% bonus + additional benefits. Occasional travel into their new London office will be required for meetings and collaboration.

Key requirements:

BSc, MSc, PhD or Nursing qualification
1 to 2 years CRA/ Independent monitoring experience
Experience in managing early phase oncology studies
Pharma or Biotech experience is desired but not essential
