Proclinical is actively recruiting a Clinical Support Specialist for the Vascular Division, PVI of an established medical device company in North Rhine Westphalia. This role focuses on providing hands-on clinical support and education to doctors, ensuring successful outcomes with vascular devices. You will be the clinical expert within the Vascular team, playing a crucial role in product roll-outs and uncovering new opportunities within accounts.

Responsibilities:

Develop in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio and related devices.
Provide service to both clinical and non-clinical customers.
Assist staff in the Cath Lab/Radiology department to achieve successful outcomes.
Maintain daily contact with customers.
Execute product roll-outs and present new technologies.
Identify opportunities within accounts and manage assets.
Maximize contract revenues.
Conduct technical product training for clinical customers and team members.
Share market intelligence and feedback with the division personnel.
Evaluate new product ideas and communicate with the Sales Manager and account manager.
Distribute and ensure understanding of new or updated product information.
Participate in relevant local and international exhibitions, meetings, and lectures.
Provide written reports to the Sales Manager.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Relevant experience in clinical support.
Knowledge of relevant clinical procedures.
Ability to interpret clinical data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of self-motivation.
Proficiency in Microsoft® Office.
Good command of English and German.
Proven problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and networking skills.
Excellent numeric skills.
