Clinical Operations Manager - Contract- Boston, Remote

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and collaborative individual to fill the role of Clinical Operations Manager at a biotech company.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying potential vendors and Contract Research Organizations (CROs) for clinical trial execution. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of clinical trials by facilitating the selection and management of vendors.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and vendor management.
Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills for competitive bid analysis.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

The Clinical Operations Manager's responsibilities will be:

Assist teams in identifying potential vendors and CROs for clinical trial execution.
Collaboratively create and issue Request for Proposals (RFPs).
Compile responses and facilitate team review of proposals from clinical trial vendors.
Perform competitive bid analysis and provide recommendations to operational team leads.
Participate in pricing negotiations for CROs, Central Laboratories, Imaging, ePRO, and other critical study vendors.
Lead and facilitate cross-functional review vendor selection meetings.
