Clinical & Forensics Sales Account Manager- Permanent - Chicago, Illinois IL
Proclinical is seeking a proactive and dynamic individual for the role of Clinical Account Manager. This is a permanent position based in Chicago, Illinois.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role offers the exciting opportunity to drive the sales of a wide range of products and services, including Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography System, Mass Spectrometers, software, consumables, and more. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, capable of developing and implementing a territorial business plan, and working collaboratively with assigned specialists and marketing colleagues. A key aspect of this role is understanding customer needs to design impactful and lasting solutions.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a scientific area such as chemistry, biology, or biochemistry
- Experience with LC-MSMS
- Sales experience
- Knowledge about the IVD Market, Forensic Applications, and/or marketing is a plus
- Willingness to travel overnight and internationally as needed
- Action-oriented with a drive to achieve results
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized, well-prepared, and good time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a good listener
- Positive attitude and strong sense of commitment
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and ever-changing environment
- Strong technical background in analytical technologies, especially LC and MS
The Clinical & Forensics Sales Account Manager responsibilities will be:
- Achieve or exceed sales targets
- Ensure customer satisfaction within the installed-base
- Actively develop new prospects and penetrate competitive accounts
- Regularly visit customers to showcase our solutions and assist with any technical challenges
- Build technical competency on our solutions to be a credible resource for customers
- Stay updated on market dynamics, application trends, and other critical business information
- Provide information to the marketing team to create business development programs
- Fully utilize our Sales Contact Management Tools and Applications
- Submit accurate and timely monthly sales forecasts
- Develop business through a monthly plan of action
Compensation:
- 116,000 USD per annum
