Proclinical is seeking a Change Management Consultant for a temporary contract of 24 months which involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and implementing change management strategies. The successful candidate will ensure successful adoption and integration of changes within a specific time frame or project.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to understand the scope and objectives of the change initiative.
  • Assess the impact of proposed changes on employees, processes, and systems.
  • Develop a comprehensive change management plan outlining strategies, activities, and timelines.
  • Identify and analyse key stakeholders affected by the change initiative.
  • Develop stakeholder engagement strategies to foster support and buy-in.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear and timely information.
  • Develop and implement a communication plan to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Coordinate training sessions or workshops to equip employees with necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential risks and challenges.
  • Develop mitigation strategies to address resistance and overcome barriers to change.
  • Collaborate with project teams to execute change initiatives according to the plan.
  • Provide ongoing support to employees and managers during the implementation phase.
  • Maintain accurate records of change management activities and prepare progress reports.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in change management, preferably as a contractor or consultant.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different organizational cultures and navigate through diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and monitor change initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using change management software, collaboration tools, and other relevant technology platforms.
