Category Buyer

Proclinical is seeking a Category Buyer to join our client's team in Switzerland. This role focuses on procurement and supply chain management within the gastroenterology and contract manufacturing sectors. The position requires flexibility regarding location, with frequent travel to Visp if based in Basel. Remote and on-site work arrangements can be discussed.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement activities and supplier relationships.
• Develop and implement category strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
