An opportunity has opened for a Snr CTA to join a cutting-edge Biotech based in London. The company focus is within Rare Diseases/ Gene Therapy and they have an extremely healthy pipeline for a company of their size. They're looking for a strong CTA with a Biotech/ Pharma background who would be happy to stay at snr CTA level for a few years to join their team so you can grow organically with them.

You will be involved in all TMF duties/ responsibilities as well as supporting the Clinical Project Managers/ Directors with the day-to-day running's of the global study projects. This is a fast paced and dynamic role where you will get exposure to range of areas within the business that will support you with your career development. It's a small team of 15 people in Clinical Operations within the UK so they need a credible individual who will be able to hit the ground running straight away.

Some of the requirements are

4+ years' experience as CTA
TMF background
Pharma or Biotech experience ideally
ICH-GCP
BSc, MSc and PhD qualified
3 days in the office post Covid in London
