Proclinical are recruiting a C# Medical Device Software Developer for a medical technology and devices organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Zurich. The client is focused on treating illnesses that attempt to manage fluid overload.

Responsibilities:

Handle both internal and external resources within software development projects.
Assist both the regulatory and quality affairs team with technical concerns.
Responsible for technical performance as well as root cause analysis of software used in product components or engineering and manufacturing test equipment.
Produce and manage needs from start to validation.
Manage software verification and validation rendering to the direction of the regulatory affairs division.
Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Educated to a degree level in a computer science engineer or similar discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in software development.
At least 2 years of experience in a medical device or highly regulated organisation.
At least 2 years of experience with medical device development procedures.
Familiar with ISO13485, FDA 21CFR820 and IEC 62304.
At least 2 - 3 years of experience with application development, such as C#, SQL database, etc.
Prior involvement with cloud development.
Acquainted with python and cybersecurity within medical devices would be advantageous.
Fluency in both the German and English languages.
