Proclinical is seeking a Business Process Excellence Expert to drive continuous improvement and optimization of business processes across all departments. This role focuses on enhancing efficiency and effectiveness, promoting agility, and simplifying operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and act as a change champion to facilitate transformation.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

Provide expertise in business process management and modeling.
Identify, map, and document current business processes, including workflows and interdependencies.
Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and redesign them for enhanced efficiency and reduced costs.
Develop agile processes that respond to new opportunities or shifts in the industry.
Collaborate to integrate new technologies, such as AI/ML and automation, into business processes.
Design systems for automating repetitive tasks and data analysis.
Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor process efficiency and effectiveness.
Continuously review and improve process performance.
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with processes.
Lead change management to ensure effective implementation of process changes.
Communicate changes and benefits to stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Strong expertise in business process management and modeling.
Ability to identify and document business processes and interdependencies.
Experience in process analysis and redesign for efficiency and cost reduction.
Knowledge of integrating new technologies into business processes.
Skills in designing automation systems for repetitive tasks.
Ability to establish and monitor process metrics and KPIs.
Experience in change management and stakeholder communication.
