Business Intelligence Leader - Permanent - Milford MA
Proclinical is seeking a Business Intelligence Leader to join a dedicated team in Milford, MA.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role will leverage reporting tools and ad hoc analysis to extract relevant data, provide trend reporting, develop KPI frameworks, and perform deep ad hoc analysis and scenario building to inform decisions. This position requires expertise in various measurement and research methods, forecasting techniques, reporting and analytic platforms, strategic planning, project management, data sourcing and evaluation, and financial analysis.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proficient in SQL, Power BI, Azure, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Reporting is desirable.
- Experience with statistical modeling and machine learning is a plus.
- Experience working in a matrixed environment and building successful stakeholder partnerships.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
- Expertise in secondary data analysis and forecasting tools.
- Excellent communication, consulting, and influencing skills.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels within the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize activities.
- Knowledge of various sales strategies and broad business acumen.
The Business Intelligence Leader's responsibilities will be:
- Understand business questions and how analytics can support decision-making.
- Develop a commercial analytics platform to deliver insights effectively.
- Partner with Sales, Regional Comm Ops, Sales Operations, and Finance leadership to design global dashboards.
- Support a governance process for request intake and prioritization based on business impact and feasibility.
- Partner with IT to develop a clear data strategy for data procurement, integration, and management.
- Work closely with management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate a mindset of continuous process improvement.
- Manage and coach a team effectively.
Compensation:
- $135,000 to $140,000 per annum.
