Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and innovative Branding Manager for our Diabetes division in the UK and ROI. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a diverse cross-functional team, responsible for delivering against financial and operational plans. The successful candidate will be instrumental in venturing into new markets and executing marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Lead with integrity and ensure compliance in all operations
- Manage the brand's UK and ROI operational plan delivery
- Monitor and track performance/operational spend
- -Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure brand success
- Seek opportunities for replication to maximise efficiencies
- Support the development of overall strategy and business plan
- Understand and adapt to changing market dynamics
- Maintain relevance by understanding sales professional and HCP experience
- Develop strong partnerships with sales representatives
- Understand the clinical development strategy for the brand
- Develop a patient-centered strategy for new markets
- Translate complex medical information into actionable marketing strategies
- Foster positive relationships between the brand team, cross-functional teams, and the sales force
- Manage UK and ROI project budgets and associated operating expenses
- Ensure that brand team activities meet timelines for execution
- Monitor and review the success of operational deliveries.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Knowledge of Diabetes or equivalent major disease area
- Technical marketing knowledge
- Experience with PromoMats or similar system
- Ability to lead with and without authority
- Enthusiastic, curious, and flexible with high learning agility
- Strong cross-functional working experience
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize
- Ability to energize and motivate others
- Strong team player
- Strong project management skills
- A solid compliance mindset and demonstrated integrity on the job
- Analytical skills; analyzing sales figures, market conditions, and competitor performances
