Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and strategic-minded Associate Director for Global Trial Optimization. This role focuses on providing strategic insights, expert recommendations, and specialized deliverables in support of core process areas such as strategic feasibility, site identification, patient engagement, and enrolment planning. The successful candidate will collaborate with leaders and internal teams to drive new process development and optimize current strategies, ensuring operational excellence and consistent, high-quality project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership input and expertise to support the generation of consistent, high-quality, and timely insights to inform study design, operational planning, and patient and site engagement strategies.
  • Partner with the Head of Global Trial Optimization and capability process leads, providing expert insights and recommendations into the development of strategy & process.
  • Contribute as a Subject Matter Expert to the development and implementation of core functions, processes, and procedures.
  • Use company and department-level experience and strategic analysis to develop and drive viable, enduring solutions to optimize strategic feasibility and patient engagement delivery.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in global clinical trial operations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver scientific and technical information to a variety of audiences.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and build strong internal and external working relationships in diverse environments.
  • Experience in leading activities and providing strategic input that aligns with clinical development plans.
  • Bachelor's degree at a minimum.
