Artwork Implementation Manager | Contract | Pharmaceuticals | EU Region
Proclinical are seeking a Artwork Implementation Manager for a detail-oriented professional to manage and track the approval status of packaging components in line with EMA regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate and coordinate Packaging Artwork Requests (PARS), ensuring key regulatory timelines for artwork implementation are met.
- Liaise with European Country Offices and key stakeholders to coordinate regulatory activity for packaging artwork labeling.
- Use pharmaceutical packaging & artwork knowledge to collaborate with Manufacturing's Artwork Centres, assisting in creating accurate Artwork change control instructions.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with regulated document management tools supporting storage, retrieval, lifecycle management, and tracking of labeling artwork for packaging components.
- Familiarity with Regulatory environment, understanding of labeling regulations and controls.
- Strong project management experience, excellent organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple product artwork changes simultaneously.
