Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and experienced Applications Product Specialist. This role is a key part of the technical service team, primarily focusing on Tissue Diagnostics Instruments. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in installation projects, troubleshooting, customer training, and building strong customer relationships to deliver a high standard of service.

Responsibilities:

Installation and support on all systems
Providing customer training to employees.
Providing troubleshooting, sales and customer support.
Conducting software modifications and product maintenance
Assisting with tender responses and product demonstrations
Travel within the South region primarily, with some UK cover and also to our Head Office in Burgess Hill.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Thorough understanding of the IVD industry
Experience in implementing best laboratory practices
Ability to provide effective support for pathology laboratory solutions
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Self-motivated with the ability to exceed customer expectations
Capable of working with minimum supervision and managing time effectively
Ability to plan work schedule and travel arrangements autonomously
Maintain individual skills and technical knowledge
Ability to develop a relationship with customers to enhance the reputation and professionalism of the company
