Administrative Coordinator - Contract - Plainsboro, NJ
Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Administrative Coordinator.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing data requests, distributing reports and supporting various stakeholder report requests. This role also involves assisting in the delivery of data to the analytics team and performing specific program closeout activities.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in an administrative role or similar
- Proficiency in reporting and using spreadsheets
- Familiarity with Data Visualizations tools (e.g., graphs, Tableau)
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is beneficial but not mandatory
The Administrative Coordinator's responsibilities will be:
- Manage and distribute weekly speaker program reports
- Handle data requests from Legal and Compliance departments
- Assist in delivering data to the analytics team for Return on Investment (ROI) analysis
- Support ad hoc stakeholder report requests via our system
- Perform specified program closeout activities, including follow-ups on programs not closed with appropriate timing or data quality
