Theo joined Proclinical in 2014. As a Vice President of Global Client Services at Proclinical Group, Theo leverages her extensive recruitment experience and expertise to manage and develop relationships with CROs, Consultancies and niche outsourcing organisations clients worldwide.

She supports the global delivery teams in providing high-quality recruitment solutions. Theo is also an SME for Clinical and CROs and provides in depth training and coaching to Global delivery teams.
She has a strong background in clinical and commercial recruitment Globally, having started as a consultant and progressed through senior roles to a global client-facing function. The understands the cultural and legal differences, the ever-evolving clinical and outsourcing industry, and the challenges and opportunities that arise when hiring across different geographies.

She is passionate about problem-solving, partnering with our clients in a clear, transparent, and trusting manner, and enabling them to work more efficiently and innovatively. Theo is also fluent in English, French, and Romanian, and holds multiple certifications and honors in language proficiency and recruitment performance. After graduating in Journalism and creative writing, Theo has worked for two different life sciences recruitment business, focusing on entry and mid-level hires in the clinical , medical device and commercial spaces before joining Proclinical. 

Theo’s native language is Romanian, and she is also fluent in English and French, having obtained a French Baccalaureate and a Journalism and Creative Writing degree in England, as well as a Cambridge certification. She is also intermediate in Spanish and Italian. Theo is passionate about leveraging and globalizing our client relationship, focused on streamlining processes and adapting creative solution to support clients’ growth.
