Proclinical is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison who will be responsible for providing clinical and scientific information in response to inquiries about our developmental products and future marketed products. This role involves building relationships with key opinion leaders, supporting clinical trial site identification and execution, and collaborating with field-based personnel to maintain a strong clinical and scientific presence.

Responsibilities:
- Enhance Proclinical's image as an advocate of medical advancement
- Provide effective scientific and clinical presentations related to disease states and Proclinical's products
- Identify, map, and profile key opinion leaders within territory
- Develop and maintain successful relationships with healthcare professionals, clinical investigators, and providers
- Collect and report field medical insights and intelligence
- Support sales training initiatives as a scientific resource to commercial partners
- Attend and provide scientific support of Medical Affairs activities at key medical and scientific congresses
- Provide leadership and mentorship within the Field Medical Affairs organization
- Coordinate scheduling and training events with outside KOLs and vendors
- Participate as the designated Field Medical representative in cross-functional teams and projects
- Report field medical intelligence and insights as appropriate
- Contribute to departmental projects and initiatives

Key Skills and Requirements:
- Proven ability to effectively communicate complex information
- Ability to develop and prioritize solutions to problems
- Understanding of regulatory requirements for field-based personnel
- Demonstrated ability to present effective and influential oral presentations
- Experience in successfully coordinating across several complex functions
- Competence in Needs Assessment, Facilitation, Prioritization, Decision Making, Collaboration, Planning & Organizing, Implementation/Follow-up, Written and Verbal Communication
- Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
- Ability to work effectively within a matrix organization
- Experience managing project budgets and aligning with department strategic direction
- Advanced scientific degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, PA, NP) preferred
- Clinical experience within oncology/hematology/immunoncology/T cell therapy and solid tumor therapeutic are mandatory
- Knowledge of geography and key opinion leaders preferred
- Multilingual skills are preferred
