The overview

Our partner, a mid-size biotech company, had received FDA approval for their groundbreaking first-in-class drug, designed to treat a rare muscle disease. Subsequently, following substantial funding and the development of a highly promising pipeline, they embarked on an expansion journey, particularly within their Biometrics division.

The challenge

The company were looking to hire seasoned Lead Clinical Data Managers. They were looking for a deep understanding of SDTM QC and Pinnacle 21, which limited the talent pool of suitable candidates.
